You grant INDstore.in and its affiliates and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy

For all products ordered through our website and successfully delivered by the respective seller, you can initiate a return according to the terms outlined in the respective seller's policy. However, the seller will not accept any products under the following conditions:

(a) If the products have been damaged by the user.
(b) If there has been a change in the quality, quantity, or other characteristics of the product.
(c) If the product returned does not match the one originally delivered, as determined by the seller.

In the case of returns or exchanges:

1. Initiate a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Ensure that the product's tags are still intact.
3. Return the product in an unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition.
4. Include the original packaging when returning the item.
5. For the Electronics and Electronics Accessories category, you must submit a product unpacking video to request a refund, return, or exchange.

Non-returnable Categories:

The following product categories are non-returnable unless there is inherent damage or a quality issue at the time of delivery, as determined by our quality team:

1. Sleepwear
2. Innerwear
3. Swimwear
4. Any freebies

Refund Options:

Customers have the following refund options:

1. Cash refund via bank transfer for all Pay-on-Delivery (POD) orders.
2. Money refunded to the original payment method or credit card for all online orders.
3. A coupon code of the refund value will be provided in your INDstore.in account, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note that we are not responsible for the sharing of customer personal details (account details, contact number, email, address) on any other domain or platform. Your privacy and security are important to us.

Important Notice:

Please be aware that all returned products will undergo a thorough review by our Quality Assurance department. To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly recommend our customers to create an unboxing video for reference.

Please note that we cannot accept any items that exhibit signs of damage, alteration, or changes in quality or quantity for return. However, if you are returning an item due to damage or defects upon delivery, you will not incur any additional shipping charges. Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities.

Delivery:

The seller will deliver the ordered products directly or by utilizing the services of the App's logistics service providers as per the terms outlined in the Delivery Policy. Please note that the Delivery Policy may be subject to change without prior notice. For detailed information, kindly refer to the Delivery Policy.

Our delivery policy is designed to ensure a seamless shopping experience by guaranteeing the prompt and secure delivery of your orders. We are committed to processing and dispatching orders with speed, and you can find estimated delivery times clearly indicated on the product page (e.g., "Delivery Time: 7 to 15 Business days"). Please be aware that the estimated delivery time may vary based on individual products and categories. 

We provide tracking information for your convenience, and if you encounter any issues with order tracking, our dedicated support team is ready to assist you. We prioritize the safety of your purchases, and all deliveries are conducted with utmost care, adhering to recommended safety measures. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we continually strive to enhance our delivery services for your benefit.

Pricing and Payment:

The App displays product availability and pricing information on the respective product display pages.

All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax and Central Sales Tax, unless specified otherwise. The prices in your shopping cart will always reflect the most up-to-date price shown on the product display page. Placing a product in your shopping cart or wish list does not guarantee the price displayed at that moment. It's possible that a product's price may fluctuate between the time it's added to your cart or wish list and the time of your actual purchase. Products labeled as 'Out of Stock' cannot be purchased.

The prices of products offered by sellers on the App are either equal to or lower than the Maximum Retail Price ("MRP"), which is the discounted rate prescribed for those products. The MRP and other mandatory declarations will be indicated on the products or their packaging in accordance with applicable laws. Sellers may or may not specify this information on the App, so it's advisable to independently verify the MRP of such products if desired.

In relation to the services provided in accordance with these Terms, the App will handle payments from product buyers and manage logistics on behalf of the sellers. For the delivery of large and bulky items such as televisions, refrigerators, and air conditioners, the seller or INDstore will coordinate the logistics.

By purchasing products through the App and authorizing the App to process payments, you acknowledge and understand that the App acts as a facilitator, offering an automated online electronic payment and payment collection/remittance facility for product sales and purchases.

For further information, please refer to the Payment Policy that applies to products ordered from the sellers. Note that the Payment Policy may be subject to change without prior notice.

Returns and Cancellation:

Products that are not delivered to you or are returned in accordance with the Return Policy will be directed back to the respective seller.

Returns and cancellations of products should be initiated in accordance with the App's policies. Kindly review the applicable Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy for products you've purchased. Be aware that these policies may undergo changes without prior notice.

Taxes:

You are responsible for covering all fees, costs, and charges associated with purchasing products from sellers. You agree to bear any applicable taxes, Value Added Taxes, cesses, etc., unless otherwise specified.

No Warranty:

All products and services available through the App are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE BASIS" without any form of warranty, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes implied warranties of title, non-infringement, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the legality of the listed, displayed, or transacted products, to the extent permitted by applicable law. INDstore does not accept liability for any defects, deficiencies, shortcomings, errors, or omissions.

Trademark complaint

INDstore respects the intellectual property of others. In case You feel that Your Trademark has been infringed, You can write to INDstore at indstores.data@gmail.com.
