Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy

For all products ordered through our website and successfully delivered by the respective seller, you can initiate a return according to the terms outlined in the respective seller's policy. However, the seller will not accept any products under the following conditions:

(a) If the products have been damaged by the user.
(b) If there has been a change in the quality, quantity, or other characteristics of the product.
(c) If the product returned does not match the one originally delivered, as determined by the seller.

In the case of returns or exchanges:

1. Initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Ensure that the product's tags are still intact.
3. Return the product in an unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition.
4. Include the original packaging when returning the item.
5. For the Electronics and Electronics Accessories category, you must submit a product unpacking video to request a refund, return, or exchange.

Non-returnable Categories:

The following product categories are non-returnable unless there is inherent damage or a quality issue at the time of delivery, as determined by our quality team:

2. Innerwear
3. Swimwear
4. Any freebies

Refund Options:

Customers have the following refund options:

1. Cash refund via bank transfer for all Pash-on-Delivery (POD) orders.
2. Money refunded to the original payment method or credit card for all online orders.
3. A coupon code of the refund value will be provided in your INDstores.in account, which can be used for future purchases.

Important Notice:

Please be aware that all returned products will undergo a thorough review by our Quality Assurance department. To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly recommend our customers to create an unboxing video for reference.

Please note that we cannot accept any items that exhibit signs of damage, alteration, or changes in quality or quantity for return. However, if you are returning an item due to damage or defects upon delivery, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
